Arbitration is the traditionally-chosen method of dispute resolution in the insurance industry, particularly in the context of reinsurance treaties and facultative certificates, agency and managing general agency agreements, and alternative risk transfer-type arrangements.
Andy has over 20 years of experience in the arbitration of insurance and reinsurance disputes, both as in-house counsel responsible for litigation and arbitration management and as an ARIAS-US certified arbitrator and umpire.
